bool imagerectangle ( resource image, int x1, int y1, int x2, int y2, int col )

imagerectangle() creates a rectangle of color col in image image starting at upper left coordinate x1, y1 and ending at bottom right coordinate x2, y2. 0, 0 is the top left corner of the image.
