mcal_reopen -- Reopens an MCAL connection

Description

bool mcal_reopen ( int mcal_stream, string calendar [, int options] )

Reopens an MCAL stream to a new calendar.

mcal_reopen() reopens an MCAL connection to the specified calendar store. If the optional options is specified, passes the options to that mailbox also.
